With over 20 years of experience managing conflict in some of the most challenging environments — from military operations and frontline policing to private commercial negotiations — I bring a calm, structured, and pragmatic approach to resolving disputes.

My career has taken me through highly volatile domestic situations, sensitive safeguarding matters, and high-stakes commercial contract negotiations, where clear communication and mutual understanding are essential for success. Whether it’s a family dispute or a boardroom deadlock, I’ve seen firsthand that the right environment can turn conflict into cooperation.
But my journey isn’t just professional — it’s personal too.

As someone who has gone through separation while raising young children, I understand the emotional strain and complexity that comes with trying to make things work.
